We will discuss some basic details about your project, your timeline, and budget, then set up a time for an in-home consultation. We take a look at the area you want to remodel or add on to and talk about your vision for the project.
We have an extensive background in kitchens, bathrooms, basements, whole house remodels and additions.
We handle all aspects of the remodeling process, we will be your contact through design to post construction.
We have a portfolio of past projects on our website along with an extensive log of all our past projects that will coordinate with any project you have in mind.
We can work within most budgets, whether we are just uplifting a bedroom with flooring and paint or adding on square feet to your house with an addition.
During the consultation, you can expect a thorough discussion about your project goals, preferences and budget. It is an opportunity for you to explore your ideas, get expert advice and start the process of turning your vision into reality.
Besides our attention to detail and high quality of work, we pride ourselves on a high level of communication. We will be working alongside you in your home and we want you to be informed every step of the way.
DESIGN & PLANNING
Create plan options for your project, make finish selections then at the end you will have full plans, scope, budget, and schedule to complete your project.
Together, the design and planning phases lay the groundwork for a successful project. Ensuring your vision is translated into a well-executed reality. We do this through our team of professionals who make plan drawings, assist in selecting finishes and create a customized building plan including a schedule of completion tailored to your project.
Most of our clients start at square one with an idea and then we help you take it from there. We partner with some of the best designers, architects and suppliers in the area to plan your project.
We will help with that project as well. We have maintained a system to work with architects, designers and homeowners to manage their projects to their specifications and plans.
Whether you have a designer or need a designer recommendation, we can help you with your project. We manage our projects with the utmost professionalism, leaning on quality and communication.
During the design and planning stage is the best time to make any changes. Once we start the project changes can slow down progress, when they arise in the planning stage, we can account for that in our construction plan. Making these changes at this time will reduce costs and delays once we begin on your project.
CONSTRUCTION
Starts with a detailed walk-through with you, the designer, and the project manager. Then we start your project with a weekly scheduled walk-through and an end-of-week informative communication.
Depending on the size of the scope, each project is different, your typical kitchen remodel can range between 2- 4 months, a bathroom can range from 1-3 months and additions can range between 3-8 months. Through the design process we will give you a schedule tailored to your project.
In most projects, you are able to remain in the home during what we like to call livable construction. During the work day, along with separating the work area from your living space, we will be turning off electrical and plumbing but it will be up and working before the end of the work day.
We do quality walk-throughs daily and after every trade with our team to ensure the highest quality, then our work is backed by a 3-year labor warranty.
Along with ourselves, all of our trade partners are licensed and insured per Nebraska state law.
Depending on the municipality, along with our trade partners we take care of all permits.
We ask that you remove all your personal items such as TVs, furniture, pictures and decorations before we get started. If you need help having those things packaged and moved or stored, we can help with that.
We cover all flooring that will be left along with installing plastic walls to separate your living space from the work area to minimize dust, paired with using a dust collecting filter on every project.
We do progress payments, depending on the size of the project will determine the payment schedule. But typically, we do a down payment to have all finish materials ordered and schedule your project. Then we do milestone scheduled payments along the way as your project is progressing.
We use the highest quality products to ensure we give you the high-quality project you expect.
POST CONSTRUCTION
Once the project is completed, we will be there for any follow-up work needed. We strive for the highest quality which is backed by a 3-year labor warranty. After completion, we do a 6-month check-in and 1-year walk-through to catch any issues that may arise after construction.
We offer a 3-year labor warranty and most manufacturer warranties are 12 months or longer.
We do a 6-month and 1-year warranty checkup and walk-through where we check all work for the highest quality. If something should arise, please contact us immediately to set up a time with our team to arrange a time to make any repairs.
We do a final walk-through with you, at that time we will take you through your project to show you how everything works and functions, then pass along our project completion book, which will have our 3-year warranty, manufacture warranties and any manufacturer books.
